By using Gacha Sports you agree to these terms. Gacha Sports is a sports-focused front end for Collector Crypt's gacha platform.
The gacha mechanic
Pack purchases, pulls, buybacks, and on-chain settlement are operated by Collector Crypt and governed by Collector Crypt's terms, which apply to the gacha flow in addition to these terms.
Acceptable use
Don't misuse the service: no scraping at scale, no attempts to disrupt or reverse-engineer it, and no use that violates applicable law. You are responsible for the security of any wallet you connect.
Eligibility & jurisdiction
You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction and permitted to use a digital-collectibles service where you live. Some features may not be available in every region.
Payments & buybacks
Purchases and buybacks settle in USDC through Collector Crypt within the stated window. All sales are final except as required by law or by Collector Crypt's terms.
No warranty & limited liability
The service is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gacha Sports is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site.
